Yes it's amazing! This recipe was created by my grandmother. Near my grandparent's farm came a "mushroom" farm (In think it was somewhere in the fifties or sixties). My grandmother came in contact with mushrooms for the first time and she had no idea what to make with them. So she made up this recipe!

I think "Sauted Mushrooms" sounds fine. (Had to look up "sauted", though :)
