No frozen strawberries?! I couldn't live without frozen strawberries! ;) I bet you could use the berries that are available now. The added ingredients might improve the flavor of the fruit.

The strawberries we buy frozen have sugar added, so when you do make the recipe, you might want to slice your berries, sprinkle them with sugar and let them sit for a while. Then put them into the recipe juice and all. I've never tried fresh strawberries, but I bet it will be wonderful! Enjoy!
