I need an idea

I'm sitting here looking at six small boneless pork loin chops. Ordinarily I would brown them in a skillet then cover them with mushroom soup and simmer till tender and done. Today I'd like to try something different, but not too exotic.

Ideas anyone?

Thank you!!!

Or you could go texmex. 1 medium jar of salsa (pick your heat factor mild medium or hot). 1 can of tomato soup. 1 small can of sliced black olives. Brown pork chops. Combine soup, salsa and olives and pour over chops. Bake about hour and a half. Nice and zesty.

Works with chicken too.
