Well, rosemary jelly goes well with fowl or fish, just as mint does with lamb. And the basil jelly goes well with pork. You can use it as a glaze or to baste with, or just serve it alongside. And they do *look* so pretty!

The sekanjabin is delicious, too. Very much like lemonade.
