Thank you, Harrowcatliz! I love Wooster Shire Sauce in so many dishes. But I do pretend not to have read the ingredients label!

Thank you for your comment about the name -- don't know why I'd never thought of it before! Maybe the pronunciation? And I've wondered about the name of Lea & Perrin ... Perrin ... Perian ... hmmmm.
