Hello, everyone! This is my first time posting in this journal, but I just made a hobbity meal and thought I should share it with you. It is my mom's fried zuccini. You will need:
2 teaspoons of vegetable or olive oil
3 to 6 zuccini
4 to 6 slices of cheese, any kind will do
Bacos, bacon, or ham, any will work
First you add the oil and zuccini to a skillet or pan, and cook covered on 250, stirring occasionally, until zuccini is tender and browning slightly.
Next, place the cheese slices over the zuccini and cover for a minute. The cheese should be properly melted. Then add the topping of bacos, bacon or ham, and enjoy.
*grins in acccomplishment*
I have a tendency to burn water, so I am very please with myself for making something edible and hobbit like. Enjoy!
