I need an idea

I'm sitting here looking at six small boneless pork loin chops. Ordinarily I would brown them in a skillet then cover them with mushroom soup and simmer till tender and done. Today I'd like to try something different, but not too exotic.

Ideas anyone?

Thank you!!!

Marinade them for approx. half an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, honey and a little vinegar (or soy sauce, brown sugar and a little vinegar). Really good with rice or chinese noodles :)
