Thank you for your offer :) I found something called jelly pudding (strawberry and blackberry flavour) "hiding" in the supermarket. I think it is the same. The ingredients are sugar, gelantine and a lot of artificial flavour and colour additions and you have to prepare it by adding the power to boiling water. But you can't "keep" it for years. So I'm not completely sure if it's the same. (I only saw jello in tv-series and movies :))
