Ruby, here's that recipe for your extra dumpling wrappers. This is wonderful.

Sausage Stars

1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage - Hot
1 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 can of chopped pitted black olives
2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 package dumpling or Won Ton wraps

Brown sausage. Dice pepper and onion. Combine sausage with diced vegetables, cheese and dressing. Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray. Gently fold in won ton wrapper cross-wise, use 2 wrappers per muffin cup so they form a star. Spray wraps with non-stick spary and brown in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and spoon in generous amount of mixture. Return to oven to heat until cheese melts, around four-five minutes. Remove from oven, let sit one minute, remove from muffin pan while still warm. Makes 30 stars.
