This hobbit is trying to adopt more heart-healthy cooking at her house and was wondering. . .would anyone be interested in my posting some of my better finds here? I like to cook good hobbity fare, not your avant-garde modern stuff, so most likely it would be food hobbits would approve of! (Although I imagine they'd approve of nearly anything edible!)

Seriously, I don't know about the rest of you, but I find good *basic* heart-healthy recipes less easy to come by than the fancy stuff.

Anyone interested? Bueller? Bueller?
