What a great idea! I'm going to post my recipe for pinto beans and cornbread tomorrow. A traditional "Southern" meal. :)
I don't know if my family will like carrots and potatoes mashed together, but I'm definitely going to try it. Will have to leave out the onions, though. I'm the only one who will eat them.
