I just have to try out the recipes and see what needs changing (a bit).

And it is strange for me to see things measured in volume (like a cup of carrots I saw in a recipe). Basically we use volume (I don't now if this is the right word) for anything liquid and weight for anything solid (with some exceptions). But I'll get used to the US method too.
