A question, and dumpling recipes requested

OK, I promise after this to shut up for awhile. However....

Do you think hobbits eat dumplings? (As in, dough wrappers around intensely flavored fillings.) I think so.

I do, at any rate. I bought a stack of dumpling wrappers, and when I made dumplings (a whole trayful!) I had 2/3rd of the stack left. Does anyone have any dumpling recipes, sweet or savory, that they'd let me have?
