ext_28822: Alan Lee's Frodo sketch from ROTK (Chef)

I'm sitting here looking at six small boneless pork loin chops. Ordinarily I would brown them in a skillet then cover them with mushroom soup and simmer till tender and done. Today I'd like to try something different, but not too exotic.

Ideas anyone?

Thank you!!!

Or you could braise them in a skillet, then deglaze the pan with about a half cup OJ and a splash of soy sauce, stir in some raisins, a little bit of onion and garlic, and then put the chops back in to simmer for a while. Serve with rice or noodles, and a salad.
