Anso and I meant to post this in February, but we were a bit delayed. Here is the recipe for pancakes (we eat these pancakes for dinner):
batter:
200 grams flour
100 grams wholemeal flour
700 ml milk
1 egg
bit of salt
filling:
lots of mushrooms (finely sliced)
bacon
syrup
ham
cheese
mushroom-bacon pancakes:
make batter. bake mushrooms until light brown, poor on bit of batter and put several slices of bacon on top. When batter is dry turn pancake and bake brown on other side. Eat pancake topped with syrup.

ham-cheese pancakes:
pour some batter in pan and put a slice of ham on top. When batter is dry turn and put cheese on the top. Wait till the cheese is melted.
