Mushrooms!

I have some huge mushrooms that I think will do well for stuffing or filling. I don`t know what to fill or stuff them with, so ideas would be greatefully accepted.

I do have a recipe, but I never made it myself, so I don't now if it's any good. It's filled with mushrooms, herbs, ham, whipped cream and cheese. If you want to have it, just let me know and I translate it for you.
