This one looks harder than it is. You can make in advance, keep them on the baking sheet and reheat at 375 for about 5 mins. Don't microwave..
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (buy in frozen food section with frozen breads) They come 2 to a box; take one one sheet, keep other frozen for next time. Thaw out the one for about an hour at room temp.
Roll out the one sheet on floured board to 12". Sprinkle with one wedge (about 1/8 lb) parmesan cheese grated (don't use the canned...use only real)
Cut into 12 1" strips (I added this as correction; original didn't indicate number of strips)
Olives: I buy the Trader Joe's largest olives in a jar...you can get them stuffed with almonds or garlic....both are good. If you can't get TJ, any large olive will work.
Place an olive at one end of the strip. roll pastry around it. Place horizontally on baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 400 15-20 20 minutes until pastry is crisp. Serve right away, or keep until needed.
