This is a hobbity recipe if ever I tasted one... perfect as an appetizer or for filling up the corners.
2 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 heaping tsp. Gilroy Farms minced garlic
Dice artichokes. Add garlic, stir in mayo and cheese till mixture forms a paste consistency. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
